Jabi Shriki, a renowned diagnostic radiologist, has been significantly shaping the field of medical imaging and patient care for over two decades. Born in Toronto, Canada, on October 11, 1973, Shriki grew up inspired by a family deeply rooted in healthcare. His formative years in Toronto fostered a passion for science and medicine, propelling him into a career of dedication and excellence.

Shriki embarked on his medical journey at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, where he earned his MD in 2000. His rigorous academic training continued with a Transitional/Internal Medicine internship at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston, followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of California at Irvine Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. Further honing his skills, Shriki completed fellowships in Body Imaging and Nuclear Medicine at the same institution and the Washington University School of Medicine/Mallinckrodt Institute, respectively.

Jabi Shriki's professional career began at LAC + USC Medical Center and USC University Hospital in Los Angeles, where he worked as a staff radiologist from 2006 to 2010. In 2013, he joined the VISN 20 VA Health Care System in Eugene, Oregon, dedicating his expertise to improving veterans' health, especially in lung cancer screenings, a specialty area of his practice.

Beyond his clinical roles, Shriki has made significant academic contributions. He has served as an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Washington since 2013. He was previously an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California. His dedication to education is evident in his mentorship of numerous medical students, residents, and fellows.

Shriki's professional excellence has not gone unrecognized; he has received several accolades, including the Healthcare Hero Award from Reddit Inc., and was named a Seattle Top Doctor by Seattle Met Magazine for three consecutive years.
